Delivery

CoolCurl.nl will ship your order within 1 business day after payment has been received. In case of a bank transfer, the processing time is 2 business days after the amount has been credited to our account.

Depending on the chosen carrier, packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday , except on public holidays. It is possible that an item is sold out without this being stated on the webshop. In that case, we will contact you to find the best solution together.

When placing the order, you can indicate the desired delivery date and time in the comments. We will confirm this by e-mail or telephone.

NOT AT HOME ON DELIVERY DAY?

No problem! Your order will be delivered to the nearest post office. The postman will leave a message in your mailbox. Take this message with your ID to the post office to pick up your package.

ORDER CANCELLED

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs. The refund will be made without delay, at the latest:

a) 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods from you.
b) ( If earlier ) 14 days after the day on which you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods.
c) If there were no goods supplied, 14 days from the day on which we cancel your order.

We will refund the amount via the same payment method you used, unless you indicate that you want to receive it in a different way. You will not receive any costs for the refund, but the return costs of the products are for your own account.
