Mix this bleaching powder with Showtime Oxidizing Cream. Directions: Mix the bleaching powder with hydrogen peroxide. The strength of the peroxide (3, 6, 9, or 12%) depends on the desired result. Mix into a smooth, spreadable paste that does not clump. Avoid contact with skin during application. Processing time varies greatly per client and can take from 1 minute to 2 hours; monitor this yourself. The hair will first turn orange, then yellow, and then blonde.
